In 2022, my colleague and I set up a green mud-kitchen and a sensory box to fish out gold coins for St. Paddy's Day. Loads of fun! I read the children a story called "How to catch a leprechaun" and amazingly, some children went into the sandpit and began building a leprechaun trap! I love it when a simple story leads to spontaneous learning!
